Research Focus

I'm a systems researcher exploring how physics-informed neural networks can better predict extreme weather. By connecting physical processes with their mathematical models, I work to understand patterns in extreme rainfall, especially over Indian geography. My goal is to reduce uncertainty in climate predictions using machine learning and optimization. I blend systems thinking with climate science to improve how we forecast and understand extreme weather, bringing together applied math and deep learning to tackle these crucial challenges.

Current Project: Annapurna - Farmer's AI Companion

I'm currently developing Annapurna, an intelligent decision support system for Indian farmers. This AI-powered platform analyzes market dynamics, weather patterns, and resource availability to provide actionable insights. The system features voice commands and multilingual support, making it accessible to all farmers across India.Learn more →
